Our Mission
ALFDP’s mission is to advance inclusion in the legal profession by fostering collaboration, learning and shared expertise among law firm professionals. Through open dialogue, the exchange of experiences and practical insights, and a strong member community, ALFDP supports inclusive leadership and culture within individual firms and the legal profession as a whole.
Our Story
Founded in January 2006, the ALFDP has long served as a trusted community for law firm professionals committed to strengthening the legal profession. As a nonprofit association, ALFDP brings together experienced practitioners to share knowledge, build connection and support inclusive practices within law firms and across the profession.
