Our Mission
ALFDP’s mission is to move diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession forward in the law firm arena through our collective knowledge, vision, expertise, and advocacy. We are a collaborative organization that works toward common goals of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion both within our own organizations and within the legal profession as a whole by sharing important information and experiences, and learning from one another.
Our Story
Founded in January 2006, the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals (ALFDP) has been at the forefront of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession. As a not-for-profit association, we bring together dedicated law firm professionals committed to advancing these essential principles.
